There's no minimum number of trading days. Once you have profit, meet the 50% consistency rule and your Reward is at least $100, you can request it. Up to $1,000 a day, paid instantly.

No. Kokuyō is one account per trader.
Nothing locks. The floor keeps trailing your highest equity, 1% ($2,000) below it, and never moves down. A Reward comes out of your balance, so it reduces your room above the floor. Leave a buffer when you request.
When you request a Reward, your best profit day can't be more than 50% of your total profit. $2,000 profit with a $900 best day passes. $2,000 with a $1,400 best day doesn't.
Each account pays up to $3,000 in Rewards, then it's complete. Kokuyō is a sprint, not a career account.
